Introduction

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Arrive in Hanoi and get picked up from the airport. Our driver will hold a placard with your name on it. Transfer to Sofitel Legend Metropole

Day 2: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)

At 8:00 am, our driver will pick you up from your hotel for a 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay.

Board Paradise Cruise at noon, check-in, and have lunch. The cruise will slowly sail toward the many caves and grottos, allowing you picturesque view of the Bay. Overnight on board

Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L)

The cruise program continues until noon. Get off the boat and return to Hanoi. Overnight at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel

Day 4: Hanoi Departure (B)

Enjoy free time until departure. Our driver will meet you at the hotel to transfer you back to the airport. Trip ends

• Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions without prior notice.
• Please inform us your flight details: flight number and departure/arrival time so we can schedule the pickup and drop off
• Meals onboard are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements that you may have.
• Advance registration is mandatory will full name, passport number, and visa expiration date.
• Wifi is available onboard free of charge. However, interruption is expected due to the nature of the internet signal at sea.

1. PAYMENT POLICIES

Please see our payment policies below for booking tour packages:

a - Deposit: A deposit of 30-50% is required in order to confirm your booking. The amount of deposit can be adjusted with a written agreement and decided on an individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our payment methods online or bank transfer. Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours from the time we receive your deposit or full payment.
On occasion, full payment can be arranged instead of a deposit for customers' convenience. Customers can request to pay in full in one installment.

b - Final Payment: Full payment should be made upon arrival in Hanoi 2 days before departure, please provide us with your hotel address or residence where you will stay in Hanoi. Our staff will drop by to collect the remaining payment.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Please note our cancellation policy of tour packages as below:
- More than 15 days from the departure date: 10% charge
- Between 15 days and 5 days from the departure date: 25% charge
- Less than 5 days from the departure date: 100% charge
Cancellation fees are charged by all suppliers such as hotels and cruise operators. We can only make an exception on the individual cases if you are able to present certain documents such as doctor notes or medical check results.
The refund is made via credit card and processed between 5-7 business days from the day of cancellation notice.

3. ALTERNATIVES

Whilst we manage to reserve all the proposed services for our clients, we reserve the right to make changes in equivalent services in case transportation/ accommodation is fully booked. In this case, we always try our best to inform you about the changes as soon as possible.
