Introduction

Day 1: Free day in Hanoi

Check-in Golden Silk Hotel at 14:00. Take your leisure time in the hotel to unwind. In the afternoon, you can make a lightning tour around Hanoi City to explore the culture, the daily lives, and the landscapes of the Vietnamese Capital – a city of one thousand years of culture and civilization.

Day 2: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)

The comfortable shuttle bus with air-condition, soft seats, and mineral waters will pick up you at your hotel around 8:00 am. After 3.5 – 4 hour drive, the bus will arrive at the harbor, time to embark on Pelican Cruise, check in your cabin, and savor lunch. Be ready to enjoy the splendid beauty of Halong Bay as the cruise passes through majestic limestone islets, alluring islands, and beautiful beaches. Overnight on board with gourmet dinner and a number of thrilling activities.

Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L)

Enjoy the third day with an exciting visit to Surprise Cave where you can not only adore the stunning system of stalactites and stalagmites but also learn about its legend, history, and formation. As farewell lunch finishes, disembark the cruise and get on the shuttle bus to be transferred back to Hanoi. Trip ends!

• Advance registration is mandatory will full name, passport number and visa expiration date.
• Wifi is available onboard for free of charge. However, interruption is expected due to the nature of internet signal at sea.
• Children older than 12 are charged full adult rate. Children beween 5 and 12 pay 75% adult rate (extra bed in same room as parents).
• Child under 5 stay free of charge (limit to one child per 2 adult) 
• Room can be requested as double or twin

1. PAYMENT POLICIES

Please see our payment policies below for booking tour packages:

a - Deposit: A deposit of 30-50% is required in order to confirm your booking. The amount of deposit can be adjusted with a written agreement and decided on an individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our payment methods online or bank transfer. Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours from the time we receive your deposit or full payment.
On occasion, full payment can be arranged instead of a deposit for customers' convenience. Customers can request to pay in full in one installment.

b - Final Payment: Full payment should be made upon arrival in Hanoi 2 days before departure, please provide us with your hotel address or residence where you will stay in Hanoi. Our staff will drop by to collect the remaining payment.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Please note our cancellation policy of tour packages as below:
- More than 15 days from the departure date: 10% charge
- Between 15 days and 5 days from the departure date: 25% charge
- Less than 5 days from the departure date: 100% charge
Cancellation fees are charged by all suppliers such as hotels and cruise operators. We can only make an exception on the individual cases if you are able to present certain documents such as doctor notes or medical check results.
The refund is made via credit card and processed between 5-7 business days from the day of cancellation notice.

3. ALTERNATIVES

Whilst we manage to reserve all the proposed services for our clients, we reserve the right to make changes in equivalent services in case transportation/ accommodation is fully booked. In this case, we always try our best to inform you about the changes as soon as possible.
